AIRPORT ARRIVALS: Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and proceed through Customs and the Arrivals Hall. If you arrive to the Terminal 1, please wait at the "Mattoni" bar , next to the exit from Terminal 1, if you arrive to Terminal 2, wait at the "Vodafone shop" in the arrival hall. Present your confirmation and photo ID to the driver upon pickup.
HOTEL DEPARTURES: You must call the Gray Line office at (420) 224-826-262 (12 hours in advance) to confirm your shuttle bus pick-up time from your hotel to the airport.
After booking your transfer, a Gray Line Prague Representative will contact you to confirm your pick-up details and travel plans. Please complete all contact information (including daytime phone number) when making your purchase.
