Is there a commentary available in my language? The commentary is available via complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.
What can I see and visit? Bus stops are conveniently located, so you can hop-on and off the Prague tour as you please. Each stop has been selected because it provides access to an attraction or place of interest. You can hop-on and off as many times as you wish, and are of course welcome to stay on board for the entire circuit. You can also always ask the assistant inside the bus about any local tips you can see, eat etc.
On which days does the tour operate? The Big Bus Tour runs every day of the year.
How long does the tour take? A complete circuit of the Red Route takes approximately 1 hour. A full circuit of the Green Route takes approximately 1 hour. Blue Route (boat) also takes 1 hour. Please allow for more time if you plan to hop on and off at any of the stops.
Do I need to specify a date of travel? Yes â weâll ask you to CHOOSE the date youâd like to hop on the bus. If youâre touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you CHOOSE at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to CHOOSE a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. See your booking confirmation email for instructions.
How do I redeem my ticket? Show your printed ticket to a member of staff on the bus. They'll issue you a ticket you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
Are child tickets available? A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 5 - 15. Children under 5 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible? Wheelchair buses are available on the red line, on the green unfortunately not.
Can I take my dog on the bus? Yes, Dogs are very welcome.

How do I know when the next bus is coming? Download the Big Bus Tours app and youâll be able find your nearest stop. Donât forget youâll need to enable location services and data on your mobile device (please speak with your mobile / cell provider regarding data roaming costs).
What is a Family Ticket? A family ticket for Big Bus tour consists of 2 Adults (Age 16 +) and up to 3 Children (Age 5 â 15).
Day Tour Departure Times First tour of the day departs at 09.10 am from Stop 1 at Na PÅíkopÄ (Down Town), and buses will come every 15 - 20 minutes until 4.40pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 4 at the StaromÄstké námÄstí (Old Town Square) and Stop 9 at the Hlavní nádraží (Main Train Station) however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 9 Big Bus stops. Refunds To request a refund, if booked directly with Big Bus Tours visit the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form available on the website bigbustours.com/en/prague/contact-us. If you booked via a 3rd partner, please go back to the original booker agent for your refund request
