There are two options to get to the meeting point
Option 1: At the 7-Eleven convenience store on the Playa del Carmen pier, next to Ultramar, our staff will meet you. If you purchase the ferry tickets on the same day (if you would like us to sell you the ferry tickets, the cost would be 550 MXN round trip for Windget, or 650 MXN round trip for Xcaret Ferry). Payment can be made upon arrival at the meeting point.
Option 2: If you already have your tickets and wish to arrive on your own at the Cozumel pier, make sure to board between 9 am, 10 am, and 11 am.
