We’ve prepared an incredible program filled with excitement, action and fun. Make friends with two playful dolphins who will greet you with a handshake and a kiss on the cheek - they'll expect the same from you! Then hold onto one of their fins as they take you on a speedy ride through the sea. You’ll have free time at play with the dolphins to experience all their quirks. The most thrilling moment is the famous foot-push. Experience the true strength of your new found friends as they propel you forward through the water by the soles of your feet, an unbelievable feeling people can’t stop talking about!
Note that the tour does not include hotel pick up and starts from a meeting: Park Chankanaab, Carretera Costera Sur Km 9, 77600 Cozumel, QR, Mexico.
Dolphin Discovery location at Chankanaab Park is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Starting July 9th and until August 13rd, the habitat will open in Sundays. On those days the program includes one box lunch with a soft drink per person.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you'll receive a short briefing before your swim.
The use of life jacket is required in all water programs.
For safety reasons pregnant women (5 months and up) can't participate in any of our aquatic programs. Women with less than 5 months into their pregnancy can participate in the Encounter program only if accompanied by another adult and after signing a Responsibility Form.
Remember to use biodegradable sunscreen to protect your skin, the environment and marine species.
For security reasons, the use cameras in the water is not allowed, professional photos will be available for sale.
Bring towels and cash (for the moment we are not receiving dollars, just Mexican pesos) for taxis, shopping, meals, etc.

If you get to the Mexican island of Cozumel by cruise ship, verify your schedule before booking to avoid inconveniences. The Time Zone in Cozumel is EST (Eastern Standard Time) UTC/GMT -5 hours.
Groups have a maximum of 10 people for a closer experience.

IMPORTANT: a valid passport is an essential requirement to visit Cozumel.
IMPORTANT: For the moment this location is NOT receiving US dollars (USD) in cash for expenses like dock fee, souvenirs, photos, restaurant, etc. Only Mexican pesos (MXN) in cash and if the client want to use an international credit or debit card, payments will be done in Mexican or US currency at the corresponding exchange rate.
CHILDREN'S POLICY
1. Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate.
2. Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in the Encounter program. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
3. Children over 3.3 ft and up to 3.9 ft will be allowed to participate in the Encounter program accompanied by a paying adult. To participate in the Swim Adventure or Royal Swim programs, children must be accompanied by two paying adults.
4. Children under 3.3 ft will be considered infants and will perform Encounter activities regardless of the program in which they participate (it is a requirement that they fit the vest).
