An exceptional day trip to visit Torres del Paine and Milodon Cave, departing from Puerto Natales! You will visit the Milodon Cave and the different viewpoints of Torres del Paine National Park such as Lago Grey, Pehoe, Lago Nordensjold, Salto Grande, among other highlights of the Park and its surroundings. This tour will give you the time and the best angle to capture excellent photographs that will be your most precious memory of your stay in Patagonia.
We will pick you up at your accommodation between 07:30 and 08:00 AM and you will be back in Puerto Natales at 19:00 hrs approx.
Our first stop will be at the Milodon Cave, a natural monument formed by three caves in the Southern Zone of Chile, where the remains of mylodon, large herbivorous mammals that probably became extinct at the FINAL of the Pleistocene, were found.
Afterwards we go to Torres del Paine National Park, the park tour takes us to the Grey sector, here you can enjoy a wonderful walk along the beach of Lake Grey appreciating some ice floes, until we reach the viewpoint, where we will observe the western part of the Paine Massif and the South Ice Field (Grey Glacier), NEXT we go to the sector of Lake Nordensjold, we reach the Salto Grande, here we will descend from the vehicle for a walk of about 45 minutes round trip, this if weather conditions permit. We will also arrive at the Pehoe Lake sector, we will get off at the viewpoint of this sector, from here you will have a spectacular panoramic view of the lake and its surroundings.
This experience will allow you to know the steppes and pampas of Patagonia, stopping at different viewpoints observing the flora and fauna of the area so you can take the most beautiful pictures and contemplate this wonderful landscape of Patagonia.
