This class is for people who love traditional food and want to make it at home! You will love the relaxed atmosphere without boring demonstrations because we believe in the hands-on approach.
We will all prepare an authentic Peruvian dish to seduce your palate and NEXT enjoy your accomplishments. For cooking we use ceramic pots, just as our ancestors (Inkas) did. This way we will keep all the natural flavor.
MENU OF YOUR COOKING CLASS:
- Causa: Causa is a refreshing and versatile dish that combines yellow potato, yellow bell pepper, lemon and various fillings that can range from chicken and tuna to seafood, all garnished with avocado.
- Lomo Saltado: Lomo Saltado is a sautéed beef, onion, tomatoes and chiles, traditionally served over french fries and accompanied by rice.
- Chicha Morada (Our national drink)
