On this small group tour, you'll visit the floating market of Damnoen and the famous Maeklong Railway market.
Arriving at Damonen floating market, you'll hop into a long-tailed boat and COMBINE the congested canals of colourful canoes. Laden with fresh produce, vendors float downstream selling to throngs of shoppers on the banks. The perfect place to practice your bargaining skills.
Moving on, we'll head to the Maeklong Railway market. Here, rows of stalls set up on the tracks and shut shop as soon as they hear the trains approaching. And when they pass, it's back to business as usual â a real Thai spectacle.
Your journey commences with a leisurely drive through rice paddies and salt fields in the direction to Damnoen Saduak, situated 110 km west of Bangkok. The tour continues with a 30 minutes speedboat trip along a fruit plantation to see Thai houses and the traditional way of life. Arrive at Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and be fascinated by boats of various shapes and sizes used by local merchants to ferry their goods.
