Good experience, with one thing worth knowing beforehand. Times Square feels like another planet. If you are into photography, bring spare batteries. Including live Guide takes a worry off your hands. The guide was fine, if not memorable. There was some dead time in the middle that could be put to better use. There is room to improve, but no regrets.

Booked at the last minute and it was a great call. Comfortable enough to bring older relatives along. The live Guide was better than I expected. The return ran nearly an hour later than scheduled. Thank you for a great day out.

We picked it from the photos and it was even better in person. Empire State Building blew us away, we were not expecting that. No long waits at any point. One of the best things we have booked online.

Booked at the last minute and it was a great call. We went back to Times Square on our own the next day. We used 2 Hour Panoramic Tour the whole time and it worked perfectly. If only every tour were run like this.
