Go directly to the Eiffel Tower and present yourself at Entrance 1 with your booking confirmation (received by email) in the dedicated line to the Brasserie.
This will be indicated by specific signage. Without confirmation, you may be refused access.
To reach the first floor, you will need to go to the Madame Brasserie reception desk located on the forecourt between the north and east pillars to collect your elevator ticket.
When booking more than 10 passengers, different policies will apply.
