Positivo no geral, com margem para melhorar. Cascata del Caracol foi o momento do dia. Logística afiada, dá para ver que fazem isso todo dia. Teve um tempo morto no meio que poderia ser melhor aproveitado. Com esses detalhes ajustados seria nota 10.

So glad we booked this. Our guide remembered everyone by name, a nice touch. We changed the date two days ahead with no fuss. If you are in Gramado, do not miss it.

Delivered everything it promised and then some. We took loads of photos, the route hits all the right spots. Great guide, attentive to the whole group and endlessly patient. Frequency between buses could be better at the later stops. If only every tour were run like this.

Good, with caveats
We had a good time, recommended with a caveat or two. We would never have made it to Caracol on our own. Timings were well judged, never felt rushed. It dragged a little through the middle section. Worth it, knowing the above.

Boa opção para conhecer Gramado. Tiramos muitas fotos, o roteiro passa pelos lugares certos. O guia seguia bastante um roteiro pronto, mas explicava bem. Algumas paradas precisam de mais sombra para esperar.
