Accompanied by an expert guide, you will visit one of the best-preserved palaces in Europe and explore its impressive rooms. Afterwards, access the Prado Museum without queuing to admire masterpieces by artists such as Velázquez, Goya and El Greco.

The Royal Palace of Madrid, built in the 18th century in an Italian-influenced classical Baroque style, stands on the former site of the Alcázar de los Austrias. Covering 135,000 square metres, it is the largest palace in Western Europe and one of the largest in the world. Although it is not the official residence of the monarchy, it continues to host important state occasions. During the guided tour, you will be able to admire such iconic spaces as the Plaza de Armas, the Grand Staircase, the apartments of King Charles III and the Queen, the banquet hall, the royal chapel, the throne room and the crown room.
For its part, the Prado Museum houses one of the worldâs most outstanding art collections, with over 1,000 works spanning four centuries of history. Inside, you can admire works by great masters such as Velázquez, Goya, Sorolla, El Greco and El Bosco.
Please note that transportation between the two monuments is not included and must be arranged at your own expense.
From 18 May, the order of the visits will be reversed: the visit to the Prado Museum will take place first, followed by the Royal Palace.

· From 16 March 2026 to 17 May 2026: departure at 10.00 am; the meeting point is at the Julià Travel office at 15 Calle San Nicolás.
· From 18 May 2026: departure at 03.30 pm; the meeting point is at the Julià Travel office at 15 Calle San Nicolás
Prado Museum:
· From 16 March 2026 to 17 May 2026: departure at 1.00 pm; the meeting point will be at the Goya Monument on Calle Felipe IV.
· From 18 May 2026: departure at 11.30 am; the meeting point will be at the Goya Monument on Calle Felipe IV.
Please remember to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early. Transport between the monuments is not included.

We came away delighted. The price is honest for what you get. It helped us decide where to go back to later in the week. Drinks at the venue are wildly overpriced. If you are in Madrid, do not miss it.

Salió todo bien, con un detalle que menciono más abajo. Aprovechamos acceso sin colas al Palacio Real más de lo que pensábamos. El guía hablaba muy rápido y a veces se perdía el hilo. Lo único mejorable fue la espera al inicio, arrancamos unos veinte minutos tarde. Lo recomiendo, con las aclaraciones que hice.

Could not have gone better. We got a brilliant guide, full of facts and good humour. We paid noticeably less than other options and the experience was just as good. The venue in Museu do Prado has a beautiful setting. Thank you for a great day out.
