The experience begins with a welcome glass from the iconic Catena Zapata Winery, recently recognized as the most admired winery in the world, under the winemaking vision of Alejandro Vigil. Then, enjoy a reception tapas experience while exploring the patio and winery.
Guided by a host and sommelier, you will continue through the vineyards, home to more than 3,000 vines brought directly from Mendoza, while enjoying another glass of wine in a landscape designed to connect you with the world of wine.
The experience concludes with a 3-course lunch paired with Saint Felicien by Catena Zapata wines. The cuisine highlights seasonal ingredients, sourced from local producers and the estate’s own garden, following the Zero Kilometer philosophy.

-Slow-cooked ossobuco empanada with smoked pepper romesco and extra virgin olive oil
-Seasonal mushroom tartare with Worcestershire and Dijon emulsion, porcini powder, lactonnaise, and dehydrated black olives
-Atlantic shrimp carpaccio with olive and lemon emulsion, cancha corn, and roasted red pepper coulis
Main Courses – Choice of:
-Patagonian trout and citrus cappellacci in vegetable and miso consommé
-Ribeye steak cooked to perfection with crispy potatoes, panko-crusted fried egg, jalapeño mayonnaise, and natural jus
-Crispy eggplant with seasonal vegetables sautéed in soy sauce, teriyaki, and toasted sesame
Desserts – Choice of:
-Banana brûlée with coconut ice cream, lime cream, wasabi anglaise, and fig leaf powder
-Sabayon with pear, Cabernet Franc, sesame, and charcoal
