If cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior the departure date, you will not have any charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 100% service charge. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.
Departure from the hotel in Salvador or the airport to the marina to board the catamaran, which will sail to the pier at Morro de São Paulo, where you will be greeted by our staff at the Morro de São Paulo base, who will provide you with all the necessary information.

If sea conditions are unfavorable, the ferry service may be suspended by the maritime authorities, in which AFFAIR an alternative route combining land and sea travel will be used, with a total travel time of approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes.

From May through August, both the outbound and return trips operate only in the morning.
