Time-Sensitive Entry: Pre-booked time slots for Vatican Museums (8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 2:00 PM, or 2:30 PM) are mandatory. Late arrivals will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Bag Policy: No large bags, trolleys, or glass bottles are allowed; cloakroom facilities are unavailable.
Dress Code: Modest attire is required (no sleeveless tops, shorts, or hats) for Vatican entry.
Security Checks: Allow extra time for heightened security screenings.
Wednesday Audience Day: Expect changes to the museum flow. The tour may not FINAL at St. Peters Square. We apologize for any inconvenience, but changes are beyond our control, and no refunds will be issued.
Sistine Chapel: Guides cannot explain inside the chapel due to Vatican policy. They provide an overview of the chapel's art at the start of the tour, usually in the courtyard. Recommended visit time inside: 15 minutes.
Museum Access: Your ticket allows you to stay inside the museums after the tour, until closing. The guide will finish the tour, collect radios, and direct those staying longer on where to go next.
Accessibility for Disabled Visitors: The tour route may not suit all mobility needs. Please contact us in advance so we can organize a suitable tour.
