For the hotel pick-up option, please provide the name and address of your hotel so we can arrange the pick-up service. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed the day before the tour. Please note that certain hotels may charge an additional fee of 10 USD if they have difficult access.
Note: Mexicans, students, teachers, and children have a discount on the Chichen Itza tax upon presentation of their ID on the day of the tour. The discount will not be applicable without the official identification.

For safety reasons, all infants are required to travel in an approved child restraint system while on the bus. Amigo Tours does not provide this device; therefore, each customer must bring their own car seat.
