The visit begins with a warm welcome at the Estancia’s Market, a space inspired by traditional country stores, where you’ll be greeted with a welcome glass of wine. A host will introduce the history of the estate, its winemaking project, and the philosophy behind each experience.
You will then tour the main areas of the estate, including the Fogón, the Patio, and the vineyards, planted with vines brought from Mendoza. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of three wine varietals selected by Alejandro Vigil, showcasing the character and quality of internationally acclaimed wines.
The experience is completed with a three-course lunch prepared using seasonal, locally sourced products: fresh vegetables, eggs, dairy products, poultry, and premium beef.
