Passes and reserved seat tickets purchased with a pass can be collected within their respective area of use.
Train tickets and reserved seat tickets reserved through JR-EAST Train Reservation using linked rail passes can be collected at Reserved Seat ticket vending machines in the JR EAST area.
Passes cannot be collected at JR ticket offices (Midori-no-Madoguchi) (except Narita Airport and Airport Terminal 2).
However, you can collect Reserved Seat Ticket tickets and passes reserved through JR-EAST Train Reservation at the JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-Madoguchi). Please note that you cannot collect tickets at stations that are not JR lines, such as Izu Kyuko or Fujikyu Railway.
To receive a Reserved Seat Ticket using the pass, you will need the pass for each person.
