This tour is designed for those who wish to later visit the magnificent El Yeso Reservoir in the Cajón del Maipo, with its pristine waters.
El Yeso Reservoir is one of the many destinations that can be visited in a single day. With its imposing snow-capped mountain range and captivating waters, El Yeso Reservoir stands out as one of the must-see attractions of this Andean region. If you are looking to experience nature firsthand, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, and have the privilege of observing birds, snow, and water while breathing pure, fresh air, you have undoubtedly chosen the ideal destination.

It is recommended to wear warm clothing, comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, and a camera to capture the beauty of the landscape.
Recommendations:
- Bring a sweater and wear comfortable clothing.
- Bring cash.
- Infants aged 0-1 years travel free without a seat; if a seat is requested, an extra charge will apply at the destination.
- Passengers are picked up from hotels and addresses in the districts of Estación Central, Santiago Centro, Providencia, and Las Condes. If you are outside this area, a contact point will be assigned.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR WINTER (June to August): This tour is conducted in this manner during winter in AFFAIR we are unable to reach the Embañe del Yeso reservoir due to snow accumulation or avalanches. In this situation, we will visit another location in the Cajón del Maipo to enjoy the scenery and snow. If we are able to reach the Embañe del Yeso, we will continue with our normal itinerary, excluding Las Melosa and Lo Valdés.
Additionally, we will hike approximately 2 kilometers to reach a viewpoint overlooking the reservoir during the winter season (June to August).
CLARIFICATION:
Pick-ups at accommodations are made in central locations within the city limits. Otherwise, you will need to go to a meeting point that will be assigned by the local operator.
