• Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque Tour. Visit one of the largest mosques in the world. This ticket includes a return shuttle to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, a shining architectural wonder and icon of Abu Dhabi that can accommodate up to 40,000 worshippers. What is the child policy? A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 3 - 11. Children under 2 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I redeem my ticket? Show your ticket to a member of Big Bus staff at one the stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
Is there a commentary available in my language? The Big Bus Abu Dhabi sightseeing tour offers a recorded commentary in your choice of either: English, Arabic, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and Chinese. The commentary is available through complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.
Which days do the tours operate? Big Bus Tours Abu Dhabi operates every day of the year, even throughout the summer.
Do I need to specify a date of travel? Yes â weâll ask you to CHOOSE the date youâd like to hop on the bus. If youâre touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you CHOOSE at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to CHOOSE a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. I have a stopover between flights and would like to take a tour. Where is the nearest start point to the airport? City Tour (Red Route): Our stop at Abu Dhabi Mall is the nearest Red Route stop to Abu Dhabi International airport (approx. 30 minutes' drive). Island Tour (Green Route): Our stop at Yas Mall is the nearest Green Route stop to Abu Dhabi International airport (approx. 17 minutes' drive).

Day Tour Departure Times First tour of the day departs at 09:00 am from Stop 1 at the Abu Dhabi Mall, and buses will come every 60 minutes until 5.00 pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 2 at Louvre Museum and Stop 11 at the Presidential Palace however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 15 Big Bus stops.
