Uma das melhores coisas que fizemos em Viena. Tudo pontual e bem organizado. O roteiro é bem pensado, não repete nem dá voltas desnecessárias. No horário de pico o trânsito alonga bastante o roteiro. Recomendo sem pensar.

Good option
It delivered, though I expected a bit more for the price. We would never have made it to Big Bus Vienna on our own. The guide was good, though I would have liked more time for questions. You could tell it was properly organised. The audio cut out on a couple of stretches.

De lo mejor que hicimos en el viaje. Pagamos bastante menos que otras opciones y la experiencia fue igual de buena. Se respetó el horario del show al minuto. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera que visite Viena.

The commentary is available via complimentary headphones that you will receive when you board the bus.

Palace Route: First Bus: 09:30 From Stop 1: Opera/Albertina. Last Bus: 16:15 from Stop 1: Opera/Albertina. Full Circuit Time: 110 minutes (approx.). Bus Frequency: every 30 minutes.

How do I redeem my ticket? Show your printed/electronic ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
What is the child policy? A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 5 - 15. Children under 5 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible? Yes, most of our buses are wheelchair accessible. We do not allow electric wheelchairs. Please contact us for further information.
Can I take my dog on the bus? Dogs are only permitted if they are muzzled and leashed. Only one dog per bus is permitted. The dog must not exceed knee height.
I bought the ticket but itâs for someone else. It has my name on it, is this ok? No, problem. Show your printed/electronic voucher to a member of staff at one of our stops or on-board the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
Can I use a two day ticket on different days? Youâll need to enjoy your Ticket across consecutive days, so a two-day pass redeemed on Monday means your pass is valid Monday and Tuesday.
What is a Family Ticket? A family ticket for Big Bus tour consists of 2 Adults (Age 16+) and 2 Children (Age 5 â 15).
Day Tour Departure Times First tour of the day departs at 09:30 am from Stop 1 at the Opera / Walfischgasse, and buses will come every 20 minutes until 5.00 pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 12 at Lower Belvedere at the Danube Tower / Donauturm and Stop 12 at the Danube Tower / Donauturm however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 20 Big Bus stops.
