Description
Book yourself onto one of the best small group tours from Tuscany to see three of the most stunning settlements in the whole of italy. You’ll mix visiting world-famous attractions such as the Leaning Tower of Pisa with jems such as San Gimignano.
Best small group tours from Florence? You found it, that’s the tour of Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano in one day from Florence. Follow in the footsteps of aristocratic and noble young men from the past who took a trek through Italy in search of art, culture and the roots of Western Civilization on a grand tour of Tuscany.
Visit the stunning Siena from Florence
Begin your magnificent journey through the Middle Ages and the Renaissance in a modern and comfortable air-conditioned with minivan as you drive out from Florence to Siena. The drive is just over an hour and on arrival, your English speaking driver and tour leader will take you on an informative walking tour of the ancient town. You’ll discover the central square, the Piazza del Campo, where the famed Palio horse race takes place every year.
Have a walk in San Gimignano
The second stop on your day trip from Florence is San Gimignano. Be astounded by the tower houses atop a hill in the countryside, as well as enjoying free time in the charming village. Then, it’s onto a prestigious Chianti boutique winery for a delicious Tuscan lunch. Yes, of course you’ll get to sample some of the wines, all while learning about wine production and visiting the cellars.
A Pisa tour from Florence… the long way round
The final stop on your small group tour from Florence is the Tuscan city of Pisa, or more specifically the Piazza dei Miracoli (Miracle Square to non Italian speakers). It is here that you’ll see the cathedral and baptistry, and the highlight of any trip to Italy: the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Tickets to the tower are not included, but if the line is short you have the chance to buy them directly in Pisa. After exploring the Piazza, it’s time to head back to Florence with your eyes, mind and heart filled by the Tuscany Grand Tour’s incredible discoveries.

Speechless
Pleasantly surprised. Mind your footwear, something with grip is best. Everything ran on time and was well organised. If you are in Florencia, do not miss it.
