River Cruise Cruises depart from Port de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris (near Stop #8: Eiffel Tower) Cruise voucher to be presented at the pier: boarding deck (Ponton) N°3 Cruises operate daily and depart every 30mins on weekends and 45mins on weekdays from the Eiffel Tower stop between 10:30 and 21:00. Duration
The cruise route is a one-hour full circuit. You will therefore disembark at the same dock as boarding, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, Deck 3, quai de la Bourdonnais.

Commentary
Recorded comments are available via audio guide or via smartphone in French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Mandarin, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Arabic, Indian, and Dutch. Special comments for kids (8 to 14 years old).
What is the child policy? A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 12 years inclusively. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge when accompanied by a dedicated adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

We do not have specific room for stroller. Please use only a foldable stroller when coming with a baby.
How do I redeem my ticket? Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
Do I need to specify a date of travel? Yes â weâll ask you to CHOOSE the date youâd like to hop on the bus. If youâre touring with Big Bus for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you CHOOSE at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to CHOOSE a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. What time do tours start and finish? Depending on the time of the year and on the boarding point, tours start between 10am and 5:30pm. To complete the full route back to your start point, you should board before 5pm, as after this time, tours terminate at Stop 1.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible? 90% of the fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck, and they try to run these vehicles evenly throughout our service. Is there a commentary in my language? The Big Bus Paris sightseeing tour offers a recorded commentary in your choice of either English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean or Mandarin Chinese. The commentary is available through complimentary earphones.
Day Tour Departure Times First tour of the day departs at 09.45 am from Stop 1 at the Louvre-Pyramide / Big Bus Information Centre, and buses will come every 10 -15 minutes until 5.30pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 3 at Notre Dame and Stop 8 at the Tour Eiffel however you can redeem your ticket at any of up to 11 Big Bus stops.
