Excellent from start to finish. The guide managed the group impeccably, nobody got left behind. Mind your footwear, something with grip is best. Much appreciated that pre-recorded Commentary In 5 Languages is included. We got a clear day at Memorial Parks and that was pure luck. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Washington DC.

Better than expected
Best day of our stay in Washington DC. We got a brilliant guide, full of facts and good humour. Everything ran on time and was well organised. At Memorial Parks we just stood there in silence, taking it in. I would have preferred less transfer time and more time on site.

We picked it from the photos and it was even better in person. The setting disconnects you completely. The walk up to Big Bus Tours was worth every step. You could tell it was properly organised. We would book again.

Buena opción para conocer Washington DC. La parada en Jefferson Memorial fue lo que más nos gustó. Una de las paradas estaba cerrada ese día y no lo avisaron. Lo recomendaría igual.

Positivo en general, con margen de mejora. Nunca hubiéramos llegado a Big Bus Tours por nuestra cuenta. Muy bueno para una primera vez en la ciudad. Se hizo un poco largo en la parte del medio. Vale la pena, sabiendo lo anterior.

(Christmas Day) Occasionally, service may be affected by roadworks, city events, poor weather and other unpredictable circumstances, so please check with a member of staff or check our service information for the most up-to-date Tour scheduling information.
Do I need to specify a date for travel? If you have booked onto a specific date for the Sunset Tour, this is when we expect you to arrive. If you do need to change your Tour date please contact us on https://www.bigbustours.com/ using the chat function. Remember though, your Sunset Tour ticket can be used anytime within 6 months after purchase.
What is the child ticketing policy? Child tickets are available for children aged between 3 and 12 years. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Children aged 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
What is the food and drink policy? No food or alcohol is permitted on board the bus. Please feel welcome to bring non-alcoholic drinks in screw-top bottles.
Accessibility Big Bus operates wheelchair accessible vehicles that can accommodate weight up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that the entire fleet in Washington DC is not wheelchair accessible. If you or your travelling partner(s) requires an ADA accessible vehicle, please contact Big Bus no less than 48 hours prior to your planned tour commencement. They can NEXT arrange for a suitable vehicle to be available at the time and location required. Please also note that passengers with mobility impairments may not be able to access the upper deck on our buses. They cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.
