Almost perfect
Came away with a good impression. The assistance at the meeting point at the arrival in Rome is worth it on its own. Only gripe: the group was a bit larger than we expected. I do recommend it, with the caveats above.

Highly recommended
Highly recommended, no reservations. We paid noticeably less than other options and the experience was just as good. It helped us decide where to go back to later in the week. The transfer with round trip GT bus with assistance in English, Spanish and Italian detail adds a lot.
