- It is the responsibility of all visitors to be at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to departure. Guests arriving after departure time cannot be accommodated. No refunds will be given for lost tours or tickets.

- Due to the sensitivity of our mirrored floors, soft-soled or wedge-heeled shoes are recommended. Stiletto heels are not permitted.
- Guests are encouraged to wear pants, leggings, tights or other clothing that will protect them from unwanted exposure to the many reflective surfaces in our spaces.
- If visiting SUMMIT during the day, guests are encouraged to bring sunglasses to protect from glare.
- SUMMIT does not have a checkroom or bags, so please plan accordingly, as you will need to bring your belongings.
