This comprehensive city tour takes you through the colorful streets of Trujillo, where you'll discover the secrets of traditional cigar-making during a factory visit. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a stop at a chocolate factory and enjoy a guided tour of the Urkus Animal Reserve. From the rich aromas of the cigar factory to the delicious chocolate flavors, this tour offers a multisensory experience.
ITINERARY
On this tour we will pick you up at your hotel to go first to the artisanal cigar factory, tobacco factory of the East. There we will take a guided tour of its facilities where we will learn the process of making these tasty internationally successful cigars.
Afterwards we will visit the La Orquídea Chocolate factory where we will learn about the chocolate manufacturing process. This factory is dedicated to the transformation and artisanal processing of cocoa and its derivatives; We will learn about its valuable history and we will be able to taste its chocolate mixed with majambo and various chocotejas.
Finally we will go to the Urkus Animal Reserve, a place where wild animals are received to care for their wounds resulting from different mistreatment, and NEXT be reintroduced into the jungle. There we will visit their facilities and the animals that are temporarily staying there since the mission of this organization is to rescue abused wild animals and prepare them for their reintroduction into the jungle.
We will leave you back at your hotel.

In AFFAIR it is not possible to visit the Urkus animal rescue center. The Selva Viva center, a similar place, will be visited instead.
