It was 1927 when a Spanish adventurer named Victoriano López Robredo decided to open his first spice business. The following year he decided to move it to a larger and more distinguished premises which he called 'EL GATO NEGRO'.
Famous in Buenos Aires for its spices, coffees and teas, this house maintains the incomparable style of an elegant warehouse intact with its remarkable display and variety of spices, aromatic seeds, condiments, herbs, coffees, teas and packaged products of the best quality.
The place was declared a Site of Cultural Interest by the Legislature of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and a Notable Bar by the Commission for the Protection and Protection of Notable Cafes, Bars and Confectioneries of the City.
With this proposal you can enjoy this typical Argentine delicacy! A hot chocolate accompanied by crunchy churros filled with dulce de leche.
You can choose between Classic Hot Chocolate, Vegan Hot Chocolate or Spiced Hot Chocolate.

Buena elección
Recomendable, sabiendo qué esperar. El 3 Churros con Dulce de Leche por persona estuvo a la altura. La zona de Vegano de noche es otra cosa. Nos hubiera gustado más variedad en el menú principal. Vale la pena, sabiendo lo anterior.

Cannot recommend enough
Best day of our stay in Buenos Aires. The 3 Churros with Dulce de Leche per person lived up to it. Very tight on timings. Vegan Hot has a very special atmosphere. One of the best things we have booked online.

Muito bem organizado
Muito felizes com a escolha. Avisaram de uma mudança de horário com bastante antecedência. Avisamos que tinha um vegetariano no grupo e resolveram sem problema. O 1 xícara de chocolate quente por pessoa foi muito bem vindo. Recomendaria a qualquer um que visite Buenos Aires.

Reservamos a último momento y fue un acierto total. Merienda Argentina tiene un clima muy especial. Muy bien que incluyera 1 taza de Chocolate Caliente por persona. Ya lo recomendé a dos amigos que viajan el mes que viene.
