You'll visit the local market with your Cesarina host, who will teach you all about how to choose the best ingredients with the season. Then, you'll return to their home, warm up with an Italian Aperitivo and enjoy the class. You'll learn how to make one iconic Pasta recipe, typical of the city you are visiting, and the famous Tiramisu.
After the class, you will enjoy everything you've prepared for lunch or dinner with local wines. This experience is the perfect choice if you want to encounter the real Italian regional gastronomy through genuine connections, food, and friendship.

The kind of thing you still remember years later. Perfect for getting an overview, then going back to what you liked most. Everything was handled digitally, nothing to print. The italian Aperitivo: Prosecco and nibbles is worth it on its own.

Would do it again
Exactly what we were looking for. Great that the Edge and Matera Admission, for same day use only was included. For what we paid, it is exceptional value. The ground staff were friendly from first contact. If you are in New York, do not miss it.

Nos fuimos conformes. Nos avisaron de un cambio de horario con tiempo suficiente. Lo de Matera fue el momento del día. En hora pico el tránsito estira bastante el recorrido. Recomendable en general.

Nothing to fault, everything went as described. Including italian Aperitivo: Prosecco and nibbles takes a worry off your hands. I compared prices before booking and this was the best deal. If you are in Matera, do not miss it.
