Visit the vibrant local market and the traditional food shops under the guidance of an expert home cook and immerse yourself in a private cooking class at a local's home. Learn the secrets of the most famous dishes of Perugia cuisine and taste the fruit of your labour accompanied by a selection of local wines.
During the class, the local host will reveal the tricks of the trade of 3 authentic recipes. Have fun putting your cooking skills to the test. Participants will have a workstation equipped with utensils and all the ingredients to make the dishes. Then, taste everything you have prepared over a lovely Italian meal accompanied by a selection of local wines.
Every host serves local specialties from their family cookbooks to tell the story of their traditional regional cuisine. A sample menu always includes starter with seasonal ingredients, fresh pasta of the region, and typical dessert.

Está muy bien, aunque le falta poco para ser excelente. Dedicale tiempo a Perugia, vale la pena. Nos avisaron de un cambio de horario con tiempo suficiente. La confirmación tardó un día en llegar y nos puso nerviosos. Con esos detalles arreglados sería un 10.

We booked this on a whim and it ended up being our favourite day. Italian was the best part of the visit. A full day, we came out exhausted and happy. Highly recommended.

Muy buena atención
Reservamos a último momento y fue un acierto total. Se respetó al minuto el horario de regreso. Pagamos bastante menos que otras opciones y la experiencia fue igual de buena. Conocer un poco de Italian en el camino fue un plus. La camioneta estaba impecable y con lugar de sobra para las valijas. Ojalá todos los tours fueran así.

A wonderful experience
Faultless, honestly. We really enjoyed the Perugia part. Having selected menu makes it more complete. Punctual and smooth, no hiccups. Easily one of the best things we did.
