Theatre in London: The Phantom of the Opera

Highly recommended, no reservations. Award ended up in all our photos. Well signposted throughout, and staff were attentive. Great guide, attentive to the whole group and endlessly patient. Having best available seats allocated (Bands A to C) makes all the difference. If you are in Londres, do not miss it.

We had a good time, recommended with a caveat or two. Of the whole route, Award is what I remember most. One of the stops was closed that day and nobody mentioned it. Worth it, knowing the above.

Muy recomendable, sin vueltas. No esperaba que incluyera mejores asientos disponibles asignados (Bandas A a C), un plus. Nos tocó un guía excelente, con mucha data y buen humor. Una experiencia que vale cada minuto.

Far better than we expected. Our guide was warm and took time to chat with everyone. Going through Award made the whole tour worth it. Do not hesitate, book it.

Speechless

We came away delighted. The guide managed the group impeccably, nobody got left behind. We had no idea about the history of Award. We messaged them on WhatsApp with a question and got an answer in minutes. Frequency between buses could be better at the later stops. An experience worth every minute.
